1. Went to Shinefest at World's of Fun, where I recieved a flyer for HeartFest, which includes REMEDY DRIVE!!!! I am so there!!!

2. Waited for my group of kids to ride rides (I'm not a fan!)

3. Rocked out with Decypher Down, Disciple, Skillet, & Switchfoot.

4. Tried to dicreetly take a picture with my phone of two of the guys from Decypher Down that were standing right next to me for Switchfoot's portion of the show.

5. So I thought I was good and was totally covered and didn't have to worry about being sunburnt. I had on jeans, a jacket (it was a little chilly), and my ginormous sunglasses on....I didn't realize that I had a bare spot! I had a scoop neck tank top on and just like 5 inches of skin got burnt...can't believe it. Here's hoping I don't get skin cancer!!!

PS. I'm pretty sure I spelled ginormous wrong, but don't care! :)

five things for today...yesterday...

1. I stabbed my finger with a letter opener, it hurt.

2. Found a blog from Microsoft Office called Crabby Office Lady, and at first I thought it was going to be about ways to deal with crabby office ladies or crabby people in general...that's not what it's about at all! I guess that this lady gives out three tips for every Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, -are there more??). It was actually quite helpful, I learned some things I didn't know, and there were some things listed that I did know. Thank you, Crabby Office Lady!

3. Ate tacos from Central Market, in Sedalia MO. Best tacos I've had in a loooong time!
4. I rsvp'd to a wedding shower for Megan. I have TWO wedding showers this week for two of my friends.. I can't believe they are getting married!!!!!!!

5. I followed Ashton Kutcher, and NOT CNN.

April 14, 2009

Here is the very first list of five things I did yesterday. Enjoy.

1. Started packing for my move to Louisville, Kentucky, scheduled to happen late July, early August.

2. I found some yearbooks from elementary and middle school. I wish I would have purchased one for every year now!

3. Found a friend that I have not spoken to (or seen) since the fourth grade. Thank you Facebook!

4. I watched a video of a lady who was 101 and quoting scripture! I hope that I am that with it when I'm her age--if I make it that long!

5. I created a twitter account parksleigh. I realize now that I should have put the 's' in front so it doesn't read park sleigh. Oh well.
